Workday HCM Implementation Lead
An end-user company based in France is launching a large-scale Workday HCM project, rolled out across all its entities and recently acquired companies. It is looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to run the project end to end.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the Workday HCM project
- Ensure the configuration meets regulatory requirements
- Support the rollout across all entities and new acquisitions
- Work with all stakeholders to deliver a successful implementation
- Contribute to system changes driven by business needs and integrations
- Harmonise employee data, organisational structures and HR processes
- Take part in data migration, validation and cleansing
- Support change management during integration phases
- Coordinate and run system testing and user acceptance testing
- Ensure data quality and consistency, and help resolve incidents during deployment and stabilisation
Your profile
- At least 5 years' experience on Workday HCM implementation projects
- Experience in Build and Run
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong hands-on experience with the tool
- Experience across several Workday HCM modules: Core HR, Absence…
- Very strong change management skills

HR Access HRIS Expert — operations support (AMOA)
Long assignment in Paris: business-side support (AMOA) for running an HR Access HRIS solution. We are looking for an expert available at short notice.

- Business-side support for running the solution
- Back-up for production activities
- Scheduling of batch jobs
- Log monitoring
- Script reformatting
- Incident analysis and resolution
- Contribution to acceptance testing
Your profile
- Experience in HRIS business-side support (AMOA)
- Experience with HR Access
- Knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules

- Contract: freelance services
- Location: Paris, hybrid
- Duration: 6 months minimum
- Start: as soon as possible
